Join the eos ensemble for an evening of music making showcasing their usual eclectic programming. Teaming up with the recent runner up in the annual Nonclassical Battle of the Bands, mezzo Rosie Middleton, the evening charts a doleful course through especially arranged songs by John Dowland and Radiohead, as well as several works by composers from eastern Europe including Arvo Pärt and Aleksanrda Vrebalov.
Formed at the beginning of 2017 by Paul Evernden and Angela Najaryan and performing initially as a trio with the pianist Jelena Makarova, Eos now exists as an ensemble made up of the two founding members, both Royal Academy of Music Alumni with a passion for both new and old, playing in different formations and alongside regular collaborators Thomas Ang and Pavel Timofeyevsky.
